Depends, any fire control group requires an FFL dealer if bought online. Private selling is different and many states is fine. CA, IL, NY, CO and others this is not OK based on state laws. But go into a neighboring state and it's fine. TX is cool cuz they did FU to the ATF on suppressors but you are supposed to let LEO know you are armed if pulled over. In other words it depends.
