I wish I could believe in your ideology but it's always seemed to me that calories matter a lot. But in all fairness I was doing everything else wrong when I tried keto, maybe I fucked it up somehow. It was 15 years ago.

If Trump lowers beef prices I'll try keto for a month without watching calories. Though I've depended on the carb for so long I scarce know what to eat without it.
