A yet unknown disease is currently killing dozens of people in DRC and, as most of the recent epidemics, it's zoonotic in nature (coming from animals and then spread to human).
I'm hoping for a rapid and safe containment and the rapid development of a cure, but I fear that things will only get worse...
As always, remember to stay safe, take your precautions, do your best to limit its spread if it ever reaches your community. Wash your hands, wear masks, help people who are in dangerous situation because they can't do it as best as you can. Remember that the state would rather let you die that threaten capitalism and that you can't rely on them for basic stuff.
Also, I want to once again remind everyone that animal exploitation is one of the biggest cause of this kind of situation. Animal liberation should be centred about its victims, but remember that we are also affected. We are all part of the same ecosystem. So as always: go #Vegan
