npub1d62z0nl8twfw37nrdr3cfrr66pq8a3nclmmkqp6prrtqgjjen85spvtshf (npub1d62…tshf) I publish my books wide, and most of my reviews seem to come through Goodreads (which I try to ignore). I only seem to get good reviews and rankings on Amazon, which I'm not as good at ignoring.
I've gotten better at minimizing reviews that are opinion heavy, and elevating ones that give more constructive or neutral feedback.
I also like to read bad reviews of my favorite authors, just to remind myself of the various perspectives people have.
