Honestly, I really don't like full-size keyboards with the numpad and everything. Either pushes the mouse way the hell off to the side or makes the main keyboard off-center enough that I can no longer reliably touch type (and it gets uncomfortable anyways).
Unless you're doing numeric data entry all day, I don't really see any strong value in a numpad when it makes everything else so uncomfortable. Although IMO Home/End/PgUp/PgDown are pretty mandatory and it's frustrating how compact keyboards don't even have them available on layers, let alone as real keys (80% & 75% layouts are fantastic)
