Bought some supermarket brand bread which wound up having a hole through a lot of the slices. Complained. Got my bread money back (expected) but also got a call and an email from the Sales Director from the bread company (unexpected) who wanted photos of my bread so he could try to sort out what happened (wildly unexpected).

For reference, here was my bread. It is now the birds' bread.
