I teach at a Catholic college. Almost none of the professors (including me) are Catholic. This is fine - everyone is pretty reasonable about it and the Catholics are generally very happy to teach the non-Catholics about various traditions.
Today is Shrove Tuesday, so there were pancakes for staff and students downstairs! I *love* pancakes. I was so happy.
