This also applies to just putting a CC license on your profile bio. Does that work? Who knows, a judge has never said it does. Copywrite law applies to copywrite. If you have no copy-written your content, or if there has not been a determination if that content can be copy written (game rules cannot be copy written) then it's not protected.
