This perpetual cycle of big tech (looking at you #Adobe) firms rolling out #AI policies that basically say they own everything you produce and can use it for whatever, getting caught, and then apologizing and committing to dialing it back is exhausting.
It also just about perfectly duplicates the similar web 2.0 trend of trying to take ownership of user-generated content.
It isn't a mistake, it’s intentional -- and some are undoubtedly slipping through.
