Nudhul (nprofile…al36) I don't think you can do that as an individual for specific people. Under settings and attachments, there doesn't seem to be much here except in general to hide sensitive/NSFW images. As an admin of your own instance, there is the ability to mark all images for a user as NSFW. Not sure if that answers the question.
