Maybe we can use additional d tag fields for structured identifiers, sort of like mleku (npub1fjq…leku) has been talking about.

So you could have `[ "d", "1-john", "rsv" ]` and `[ "d", "1-john", "kjv" ]` to identify two separate events (for different translations) by the same npub.
