Day 6 of no power. Once again, the list of today’s work scheduled on the utility page is nowhere near us.
I’m trying really hard to stay positive but this is so exhausting. I just want to go home. Sleep in my own bed, do the laundry, make a meal in my kitchen, use my desk and my things. Get our lives back.
Today we go over (in the dark, in the cold), and clean out our fridge and downstairs freezer because stuff is starting to rot and smell. I can’t believe how much food we lost.
