It's a shitty figure, but I think a very interesting one (#fantasy and alt-history #authors, please take note). It shows the distribution of global #wealth over the last 500 years. Note how narrow it used to be (the x-axis is in log scale) and how rapidly it widened in the last century or so.
We have come a long way, but there are still things to do.
