The state cannot prove any authority or jurisdiction over your BTC.
Authority comes only from your consent. You are the one giving them that authority. So stop giving it away.
The state can have control only over fiat. So stop going back to fiat. Stay in Bitcoin world and they can never accuse you of anything.
