It comes from somewhere else. Yes, now I think of it it could be other body mechanisms. But I also just feel a certain way. It's not a sound, but that's the best way I can think to describe it. It really doesn't have a description, but I figure that's the way it feels to be me, and it's how I can tell sometimes if I'm just going to have a bad day.
