dude would be arrested. member the guy who left his garage open and camped out after a rash of thefts occured in his neighborhood? it turned out to be like 2 niggers which he lit up when they tried stealing his shit but the courts ruled it as like 1st or 2nd degree murder. didn't matter that it was his house, his property that they were trespassing on.
