Regardless of what the MSM and many of the fake scientific papers out there may say, bullying is far worse in Democrat run areas, and usually the bullies are from Democrat families.
Behaviors are learned folks, kids don't just pick them up from nowhere. If they see their parents doing said behaviors, they will do them too.
Many times when kids are restlessly bullied, they feel like they have no way out. So they resort to tactics like the school shootings (I'm not defending them in any way).
