Been brainstorming the needs of a federated dating/kink community app, and damn is this hard. You’ve got all the usual moderation problems of fedi, and then more cases where what makes sense for social media is a massive risk for anything that deals with sexuality.

For example, you need internal message boars for community building. For safety sake, those boards cannot be publicly accessible. How does one protect that when any instance can subscribe?
