Now, lying down and rolling is not _usually_ a danger sign in horses but it can be an indication of colic or some other issue, so I immediately look up when I hear it to watch her behavior.

She has laid down and is trying to roll right next to a metal pipe rail fence with a wire mesh on it (the wire mesh was installed for a former roommate's pig who no longer lives here).

That's… not great.
