Part of the problem with the current \"justice\" system is corporal punishment, the idea that a crime needs to be met with some sort of punishment, or even death. The focus of a justice system shouldn't be on punishment, but should instead be on eliminating the societal structures that caused those crimes to occur and replacing them with structures that will prevent them in the future.",
