Hmmmm, so #inflation is down to less than 7% (qualified good news), but #rental costs are accelerating at a record pace.
Maybe the BoE should finally drop its wage/prices spiral #classwar position & actually look at corporate profits & #landlords as the drivers of #inflation.... or is that a little too close to hime for the #bankers in Threadneedle St?
And before they say its a 'lagging factor' you can make the same argument about wages.... but rents come out of household income(s) directly!
