I’m still sceptical of ice cold therapy. It could be another scam the matrix has brought upon us e.g health influencers trying to make out its life changing. I suppose you have to be extremely disciplined to step in an ice bath factoring out the recovery aspect. I look at alternatives such as red light for recovery but definitely all worth the research. Otherwise 😂 Sounds like an awesome day!
