What was the rest of her interview attire looking like? I bet she showed up in crocs, pajamas, AND no make-up...looking like a hot mess. I've not hired people just because they look sloppy. Sloppy people can be a pita and tend to not be detail oriented. They can't even take care of themselves. Whatever happened to effort and putting the best you forward for an interview?
