I need to know if a neighborhood has ever been uh... "resurrected." As in, people have been living there for 15 years without ever seeing each other, nobody goes outside, everyone drives cars everywhere, everybody minds their own business, until they pick us off one by one. And then someone does something to change that.
What do you seriously do to bring life to these dead neighborhoods? Just go door to door interrogating people? I've never seen any examples of this, and I'd really appreciate if anyone knows something. I imagine it's something I can't do like "just magically have funds and opportunity to purchase and maintain a local community center," but I still wanna hear it.
Yes I've seen examples where natural disasters out of f*cking nowhere force people to band together, but I'd like to do this before people start dying.
