They usually claim success on some URLs which they say are down. Are they really down ? Does it last long ? What is the real impact on these ? If it were a huge problem, wouldn't we hear about it in the news ?
Sorry for the dumb, naive questions. I just want to understand if this actually has a real impact or not.
