asciidoctor has tools to generate basically all the document formats:

just need a tool that is gonna take other formats and turn it to asciidoc, probably pandoc will help with that, certainly it would work for pdfs, for a start, but i think paginated formats like pdf will need manual handling to clean up the output, possibly the LLM can do that work, so long as it doesn't tamper with the text and only messes around with the structure
