If you had a problem you needed to solve, and someone with the power to solve it told you they've been "tirelessly working" for a solution for close to a year and the problem has only gotten increasingly worse. In fact you've seen them actively make it worse.
Surely you'd stop trusting that someone and you'd assume they're liars and deceivers.
Anyway I wonder how the 'ceasefire deal' from the Biden-Harris admin is going.
