Good morning. I'm heading out early to get a few errands done. A conversation yesterday with my mother still unsettles me. We were talking about Thanksgiving plans, and she expressed concern about how things would be next Thanksgiving, especially for the less fortunate. It was humbling that I hadn't thought that far ahead while she, at 97, was already worried.
As news of the new administration's plans come fast + furious, I walk a tight rope of self-care and calls to action.
