i've become a cliche. i fell and couldn't get up. the ambulance people helped. i will no longer capitalize posts b/c i'm typing with one hand. i broke my humerus just below the shoulder, clear through. on my right arm, of course, on a friday evening. there is no cast, just a sling ... for 3 months. no driving, no cooking, and the tp is to the right of the toilet. the pain is excruciating, sleeping impossible.
