npub1ln5q8np5aezhtt7ztv6tah86xk4t3smjuchdvxp0u6uta056204q45xyw6 (npub1ln5…xyw6) is there a reason why the /episodes/byguid endpoint requires a feedid, feedurl, or podcastguid in addition to the item guid?

It would be quite useful to be able to just pass the item guid - even if this returned multiple results in the case of duplicate item guids.
