Haha just because people are buying "rare" sats it's not fungible anymore, omg. The issue with fungibility is only an issue for the fiat world, for an agorist community it doesn't make ANY sense, people don't care about the backtrack of their UTXOs, only the IRS will care about it. The only thing that might happen is an idiot paying 30 BTCs for just 1 "rare" sat.
Concerning second layers we are in the infancy of BTC, it's an ecosystem that will flourish like the internet did in the last 3 decades. If you are so unsatisfied with BTC you can use any other shitcoin that you like, I don't mind haha again, I am not here to convince anyone, you do whatever you like with your own things.
