The O2 canister (NOT bottle) problem could be truly spectacular, in the wrong failure mode. If they failed safe, that's one thing. But those canisters generate O2 chemically, and heat up hot enough that you can't touch them. If the failure mode is fire, it's a big deal...as all the other canisters in adjacent rows generate their oxygen, at the same time.
