That means I've drawn the conclusion I think best fits the evidence, but I don't have the hubris to claim I have any oracular relationship with the truth. All I have is evidence, which stacks on the scale to lean it one way or the other. But no matter how much weight is on one side of the scale, it's always possible to add more to the other side. In other words, I'm capable of changing my mind if there's new evidence that comes to light. That's the core of agnosticism. If you think you can be absolutely certain about things, to the point that you can ignore additional evidence, then IMO you have more in common with those with fervent religious faith than with me, despite our common conclusion in answer to this particular question.
