Does anyone know whether the #Giuliani jury was instructed that he violated court orders to provide his financial disclosures? And if so, presumably they can draw an adverse inference and assume he's worth a zillion dollars for purposes of assessing damages?
I know that Giuliani's violation resulted in the finding of liability, but am curious about any specific impact on the amount of monetary damages.
