Someone (from the US, of course) argued with me that the push for USB-C as a charging standard is actually bad and "more confusing" than if everything still came with their own chargers.

It's crazy to me that people believe this, because the standardisation to USB-C has made life SO MUCH EASIER it cannot be understated.

Are there different specs of USB-C? Sure, but all my chargers work with all my devices and this is the case for like 99% of people, so...
