You don’t lose anything if you turn it forward or backwards hours before you go to bed.
I would prefer to lose an hour of uptime rather than lose an hour of sleep. I’ll never understand people who operate that way.
As far as the Trump comment, he doesn’t know any more about the effects of daylight savings than he does about bitcoin, but he sure loves to act like he does. 🤣
