Found out last night my field recorder has phantom power and can adjust the power level it sends. It really is the perfect addition to my kit.
Was using my self-decorated 90's phone to make recordings from bed.
Somehow the field recorder handles the telephone box better than my interface, which is really nice.
I want to make such odd recordings now. :)
