Yesterday I wanted to apply #iOS 17.2.1 on my Wife’s iPhone and I encountered an issue with sync step. iPhone was stuck on “preparing to sync”. ”Reset history” or reboot device didn’t changed anything.
To solve this, I activated ”share connection” > ”authorize other users” then disabled it.
I started again a new sync, and the issue was gone.
