My biggest complaint about Baldur's Gate 3, are the almost-unplayable performance issues in Act 3. That and there's no achievement for beating someone with a sausage. And there's no option NOT to use Larian's various house rules (d4 initiative sucks).

I guess that's three things.

You can pet the dog, though. And the owlbear cub. And there's an achievement for only having booze during a long rest.

There's not one for having just cheese, though. Or just garlic... not that I've found.
