why are software developers so allergic to doing *any* kind of dependency linkage in their project? It's always "building is easy just download these other 16 projects and manually wire them and also you're gonna need to fuck up your path variable and also we made our own custom fork of 'make' that will override the standard one this may fuck up other build systems on your computer so we recommend building in a virtual machine"
