I've lived in snowy states, but I'm Southern, and traffic can be bad here when snow comes. I remember being 9 months pregnant and driving to work on back country roads in Kentucky trying to miss the other cars spinning out in front and behind me because there was a few inches of snow on top of ice and I was the only one with snow tires.
