Sorry for any of my 
supporters. My substar page isn't currently viewable seems like and when I try to post they say I can't post atm and to contact support. No response today from support, but I'll update ya if they do.
My actual account is still accessable and all that, so hopefuly I can resolve whatever reason they have for privating it.
