President Biden has authorized Ukraine to attack targets inside Russia with ATACMS missiles, with less than 2 months to go before Trump takes office. Starting today, all Russian bases and positions in that area of the map can be attacked by Ukraine with American missiles. Putin had warned on several occasions that this would be seen as a declaration of war by the US against Russia. The Kremlin has not yet commented.
