It’s really interesting seeing some people praising Space X for “responsibly” deorbiting 100 satellites that aren’t working right while others are commenting on how this is exactly why mega-constellations are a terrible idea. It’s definitely a larger failure rate than expected and, if this is the new norm, raises significant traffic management and atmospheric contamination concerns.
