I get it, I really do, but to pull this off I think you'd either have to a) live outside the city, and b) not have a large family to ostracize yourself from. I mean, what you gonna do when others are inadvertently doxxing you in?
We are now living in a world where not carrying a phone still gets you spied on. For example, you carry a dumbphone but you travel with friends and family who do carry and use their smartphone.
Big data is, for example, quite capable of removing the noise and observing that two or more phones are going to a hospital. If they know one is your wife, it doesn't take much to conclude the other is yourself. Add to this the advances in facial recognition and voice prints and I think all these measures you take are looking quite weak. Not that you should make their life easier.
