anyone know why I can't seem to zap anyone with a @walletofsatoshi.com address?

I have a WOS address myself and receive them just fine. and I can zap any other wallet addresses without issue.

is this on my end or anyone know if it's fixable? this is the error toast I get when I try to zap WOS addresses:
