What the hell? Maduro sounds like he got humbled, for no apparent reason. I don't get it. He's wishing Trump well and hoping for better relations with Venezuela. Even thought he keeps talking about "the empire" as the #1 evil in the region. Or was. Maybe he changed his tune.
Makes me wonder about what we are not seeing about how things are going in Venezuela for him to make such an unexpected speech.
