Um, that’s in the Boraginaceae, but it’s not borage (Borago officinalis). Maybe a type of Anchusa?
Unlike the flowers in this pic, a Borage flower has a very noticeable stamen cone, from which the stigma protrudes; it’s buzz-pollinated by bumblebees (which hang below the stamens and vibrate their flight muscles at a particular frequency; this causes the pollen to be “sonicated” off the anthers). Also, the flowers dangle off the inflorescences, from long hairy stalks.
