Yeah, lavender prefersg to have dry feet — should do well for Dark Sky in the desert!
Gravel is very variable here, too, although I dare say there’s some sort of official suze designation. I’m actually not sure what I’ll end up going for for the decorative layer. I have slate chips in the front, but I think I want something different in the garden.
