Visited a parent's friend's house because my family got a dog and needed some dog supplies for the little pup

The big german shepard (i think is its breed) was whining and barking at me the entire time I was there

I let it sniff me a little, then i tried to pet it, only for it to back off and just be terrified the entire time

Might've been because i was the only guy there as well
